FK Irons' latest creation, the EXO is a modular tattoo machine whose core is the same impressively powerful motor as the Flux. From our factory in the USA, the EXO unit is fitted with an RCA module for use with a traditional power supply and RCA cable or the Hover to enable eGive.
Outstanding, new feature:
The RCA module is completely detachable with a simple quarter-turn action and can be replaced with the PowerBolt battery pack to create a wireless option. This new “modular design” frees the artist to nimbly choose between power sources, with the option to quickly switch between:
- RCA module with RCA cable and traditional power supply
- PowerBolt battery pack for up to 10 hours of wireless tattooing
For artists who want the Flux’s power and also be ready for anything -whether using a cable is the best option in the circumstances, or you want to go wireless - the EXO is the perfect choice.
We offer you even more choices - customize it with a direct drive 2.5mm, 3.2mm or 4mm stroke.
Other features: The EXO’s ergonomic design includes a larger 40mm grip to help ensure your hand isn’t clenched and overly tense. It is forward weighted, aiding the artist with downward needle pressure.

Any machine purchased after Jan 1, 2023 will be eligible for a 2-year warranty, Any machine purchased before Jan 1, 2023 is eligible for a 1-year warranty.

Free shipping is available for orders $199 or more shipping within the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.

All international orders and domestic orders shipping outside the lower 48 states are excluded from our free shipping promotion.

Orders shipped with the Free Shipping may be sent via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. You will receive tracking and service information in your Shipping Confirmation email.
Products excluded from free shipping:

- Large liquid containers (gallon sized or more) including green soap, surface disinfectants and surface wipes

Product Surcharges
Oversized and overweight products will incur an additional flat fee, added to the cost of shipping. This charge only applies once to an order with an item that requires the surcharge. If an order contains multiple qualifying items, or items from multiple surcharge categories, the highest fee will be applied once to the shipping cost.

Domestic
All orders ship from Maryland, USA. Orders being sent with expedited shipping options (2-Day or Next Day shipping) that are placed by 12 noon Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday will ship the same day, subject to availability.
We offer three options for Flat Rate Shipping on all Domestic orders, see table below for Flat Rate Shipping cost. Orders may be shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. You will receive carrier service and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation Email.

We offer International Economy and International Priority shipping options, shipping cost is calculated based on your destination. Orders may be shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. You will receive carrier service and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation Email.
WHAT ARE MY OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Insurance Option
This option guarantees that your order will be re-shipped at no extra cost if you don’t receive it within three weeks (domestic) or 45 days (international).
Signature Option
Shipping carriers can deny any responsibility if your package indicates that it was delivered, but did not reach you. This option protects you and your package from shipping errors and liability. The signature option is available to all United States addresses, both residential and business. For international orders, the signature option is exclusively available to business addresses.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS TO BEAR IN MIND?
- Delivery estimates upon checkout include a 48-hour processing time. All orders take 24 to 72 business hours to process, fill, and ship.
- We do not ship over the weekends or on federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
- International shipping time may vary depending on the country and customs.
- Orders shipped by USPS to Brazil may be held in customs for up to 120 days. If your package is insured, we will re-ship your package after 120 days. If you did not insure your package, your order will not be re-shipped.
- If you are in New Zealand and choose FedEx as your carrier, your order may be shipped through UPS depending on the options available at the time of shipment.
- We are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred through the Return to Sender process (i.e. if the shipping address is input incorrectly by customer, or the package is rejected at customs).
